Several hundred employees support global operations in finance, human resources, information technology, planning and more from the main office, satellite offices or online. As a Hybrid employee, you’ll engage in virtual collaboration as well as attend in-person meetings at our Collaboration Hub in Phoenix or at one of our site locations. There are great neighborhoods around Phoenix, with easy access to a major city, nature, the arts and many more amenities. DescriptionAnalyze system interfaces by reviewing audit reports and logs. Troubleshoot issues detected and perform root cause analysis. Perform configuration changes and maintain security roles and groups within AP Imaging and Workflow systems. Perform UAT testing on behalf of AP with all applications. Act as point person for all AP global partners and support EDI suppliers.
Provide leadership and system support functions for SAP, CAS, AP Imaging Systems, and electronic invoicing; this includes system access, UAT testing, maintaining security roles and groups
Analyze multiple audit reports and exercise judgment to determine root cause and correct issues and improve processes
Troubleshoot system interface failures and perform root cause analysis; coordinating with other MIS teams as needed
Provide support and excellent customer service to internal and external customers
Continuously strive for standardization in the Accounts Payable process and best practice solutions
Reconcile supplier statements, audit for misapplied payments or duplicate billings, identify missing invoices and determine root cause for delay
Exercise judgment to correct problem invoices and provide direction
Perform other duties as requested
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications
High School diploma or GED with continuing education in Finance or Business related field and four (4) years of Accounts Payable experience in a high volume fast-paced environment
Two (2) years minimum experience with system interfaces and analyzing audit reports and logs
Two (2) years minimum experience with a help desk/ticket environment
Strong Excel skills
Ability to multi-task multiple deadlines in a fast paced environment
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology and (3) years of experience
Business Analyst experience
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience in system conversions and interfaces
Must be able to coordinate with technical resources to resolve issues
Experience in OCR processing
SAP experience
Criteria/Conditions
Ability to understand and apply verbal and written work and safety-related instructions and procedures given in English
Ability to communicate in English with respect to job assignments, job procedures, and applicable safety standards
Must be able to work in a potentially stressful environment
Must be able to sit at a computer for long periods of time
Ability to lift twenty (20) pounds
Personal protective equipment is required when performing work in a mine, outdoor, manufacturing or plant environment, including hard hat, hearing protection, safety glasses, safety footwear, and as needed, respirator, rubber steel-toe boots, protective clothing, gloves and any other protective equipment as required

What We Offer YouThe estimated annual pay range for this role is currently $62,000-$85,000 . This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance. More details will be shared during the hiring process.
