Description We are on the lookout for a proficient Accounts Receivable Supervisor/Manager to be an integral part of our team located in Phoenix, Arizona. Your primary role will be to oversee the accounts receivable collection process, provide support in daily cash reconciliations, and offer assistance in cash forecast modeling. This role offers an exciting opportunity to excel in the finance industry.Responsibilities: Supervise and engage in the accounts receivable collection process in a team environment. Identify and communicate common issues causing collection delays, such as billing accuracy and customer viability. Lead daily bank reconciliations using Excel, based on information downloaded from the company's bank. Serve as a key resource to the rest of the accounting team, conducting research and making appropriate postings in Sage 100 to record daily bank activity. Collaborate with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable staff to manage daily bank activities. Utilize data from the bank reconciliation process to provide accurate, timely information regarding the cash position for cash forecasting purposes. Assist CFO with cash forecast modeling. Ensure the maintenance of accurate customer credit records. Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. Requirements Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role as Accounts Receivable Supervisor/Manager Proficient in 3M and other accounting software systems Experience with ADP - Financial Services is essential Familiarity with Concur software CRM experience is mandatory Comprehensive understanding of accounting functions Prior experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Proven auditing skills Experience with billing functions Strong communication and leadership skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
