That’s why all of our employees enjoy access to dynamic career opportunities across different fields and industries. Join the Integrated Supply Chain Engineering (ISC Eng) team that is responsible for technical supports to the productions at the Deer Valley site, particularly the Defense and Commercial service centers’ operations. In this position the successful candidate will participate in product improvement efforts (e.g., cost/cycle time reductions dedicated improvement projects and Product Health Teams), maintain continuity of supply (failure investigations, obsolescence issues, supplier quality actions), improve manufacturing process (automation, non-conforming materials resolution, SAP transaction optimization), and support real-time production line issues (process flow, disposition, equipment). The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as ISC Operations, Planning, Sourcing, Quality, and other Engineering departments. This position reports to the Sr Engineering Manager of ISC Eng for Deer Valley site.Key Responsibilities Defense and Commercial production operation support Product Health Team RCCA Test equipment. troubleshooting and maintenance Production Work Instruction Inspection and quality audit support Design specification reviewYOU MUST HAVE Bachelor’s Degree, in EE, ME, or other disciplines 2+ years of experience in production environment for avionics, electrical, or mechanical field Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirementsWE VALUE Electronics background - experience with electrical circuits General understanding of Deer Valley Defense and Commercial operations Proven experience with manufacturing process improvement Demonstrated verbal and written communications, presentation, and people skills Ability to operate in a highly matrixed environment Ability to influence stakeholders across all functions to move projects forward Ability to deal with high pressure production and regulatory issues objectivelyHoneywell is an equal opportunity employer.
