As an Advanced Software Engineer and part of the ES-ET (Electronic Solutions/Electronic Test Solutions) team here at Honeywell, you will support the Test Engineering Design (TED) group in delivering innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of customers. You will work under limited supervision and alongside some of the world's most talented engineers.You will contribute to the development of Honeywell's next generation products by designing, testing and validating products/processes from prototype to market. You will be part of a group of highly committed professionals who provide expertise to ensure the success of complex engineering projects and programs while acting as a mentor to more junior engineers. You will interact with internal and external customers in order to facilitate the completion of products to customer specifications.The Electronic Solutions Strategic Business Unit at Aerospace Technologies houses a robust portfolio of technology solutions, including integrated avionics offerings, navigation, safety and surveillance solutions, flight management systems, flight controls and synthetic vision display technologies, manned/unmanned and satellite applications, and our space technologies. Approximately 90% of global aircraft use Honeywell Avionics, and around 80% of satellites in orbit have Honeywell components on board.You will report directly to our Senior Director of Software Engineering and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule. 5+ years experience with Direct software development of C/ C
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics

Proficient in MS Visual Basic and MS Office
