Turner & Townsend is looking for an Associate Consultant, Construction Scheduler to join our team and support scheduling services for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of project controls and scheduling principles and will be responsible for assisting with the development, maintenance, and reporting of construction schedules.
Responsibilities:Assist with the development, updating, and maintenance of project and construction schedules.Collect, organize, and validate schedule updates from project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.Support the preparation of schedule reports, dashboards, and project status updates.Monitor schedule performance and identify potential delays or schedule risks for review by senior team members.Perform basic critical path and schedule variance analyses.Assist in maintaining schedule integrity and data quality within Primavera P6 and other scheduling systems.Participate in project meetings and coordinate with project team members to gather schedule-related information.Support project controls and scheduling processes in accordance with company and client requirements.Help prepare staffing, engineering, procurement, and construction progress reports.Develop and maintain positive working relationships with project teams and stakeholders.Support schedule reviews and quality assurance activities.Perform other project controls and scheduling duties as assigned.SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
