Job SummaryThe Chef Table Attendant maintains professional standards while providing quality food service to guests throughout preparation, presentation and service. Greets guests in a timely manner upon their entrance. Delivers food to restaurant/dining room patrons in a timely, professional, and efficient manner. Explains menu of the day and is knowledgeable of menu items. Fills guests' request for food and beverages in a timely, efficient and courteous manner. Restocks work station as necessary. Monitors and maintains portion control. Keeps equipment and facilities clean and in order. Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment. Retrieves hotbox/cold food from kitchen and delivers/sets up in assigned location. Interacts with customers in order to assure customer satisfaction. Interacts with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards. Completes side work as assigned. Performs other duties as assigned.Proof of COVID 19 vaccination status is required
Be able to stand for 6+ hours
Current Food Handlers Card is required
Ability to lift items up to 25lbs
Ability to work with others in a team environment
Work under pressure in a fast paced environment
This is an event based position and may be required to work nights and weekends
