The successful candidate will work closely with the global revenue managers to plan, execute, and finalize pricing projects and initiatives. This role demands strong analytical skills, the ability to multi-task, and the ability to prioritize with changing deadlines.Essential Functions
Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business strategies.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for various projects.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement across different departments.
Reporting: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Documentation: Create detailed documentation, including business requirements, use cases, and user stories.
Data Visualization: Use data visualization tools to present data in a clear and compelling manner.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data analysis and reporting.
Project Support: Provide support to project managers and cross-functional teams in executing projects.

Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace
Ability to aggregate and organize large quantities of data from multiple sources
Ability to design, construct, analyze, and explain financial and other analytics models that are insightful, yet simple and transferrable
Able to recognize and identify trends and drivers, and distill them into insightful analysis
Ability, desire, and maturity to interface with executive management (which requires knowing when to listen and when to push back)
Ability to manage discussions and influence decision stakeholders at all levels, often without direct authority
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Familiarity with business process modeling and documentation.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
