DescriptionRobert Half Legal is currently conducting remote interviews for a personal injury paralegal role in Phoenix, AZ. The position requires a task-oriented, motivated person who works well both individually and as part of a team, and has great interpersonal skills. Draft subpoenas and coordinate with process servers
Assist lawyers in preparing legal documentation, pleadings, and correspondence including interrogatories, subpoenas, deposition notices, complaints, pretrial orders, legal briefs, and affidavits
Gather information from clients
Take care of administrative tasks such as answering phones and maintaining an organized filing system for all legal documents
Help lawyers prepare for trial by preparing and organizing exhibits, assisting with client meetings, filing motions, conducting research on legal articles, and organizing and coordinating witnesses
Calendaring
Requirements:2+ years of civil litigation experience
ABA Approved Paralegal Certificate is preferred
High-level organizational skills and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, iManage, and/or CompuLaw
