Description We are seeking a Client Services Representative in Phoenix, Arizona. The successful candidate will join our team in the insurance industry, offering important administrative support and ensuring the accuracy of our systems. This role entails not just customer service support, but also a higher level of administrative tasks and data entry. It offers an opportunity for growth, with a focus on individuals capable of multitasking effectively.Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the team, contributing to the smooth operation of our projects. Ensure the accuracy and up-to-date status of our systems by regularly checking and updating information as needed. Assist account manager teams by providing them with necessary information, facilitating effective communication with customers. Utilize Microsoft Office tools effectively to perform administrative tasks and maintain data. Respond to customer inquiries, providing high-quality service and resolving issues effectively. Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently. Maintain accurate customer credit records, ensuring all information is up-to-date. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. Contribute to the team's ability to meet its goals by multitasking effectively and managing your time well. Use your knowledge of health insurance coverage and claims processing to assist customers and contribute to the team's success. Requirements Possess strong administrative skills including experience with administrative assistance and procedures. Demonstrated proficiency in handling administrative office tasks. Prior experience in a client services role is desirable. Familiarity with insurance claims, insurance companies, and insurance coverage is required. Proficiency in working with third party insurance carriers and verifying insurance coverage. Experience in claim administration and claims processing is necessary. Knowledge of health insurance coverage is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
