As a Commercial Finance M&A Manager, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of acquisition and divestiture transactions for the promotion of Honeywell’s growth objectives. This role will be required to work extensively with cross-functional teams in the execution of their duties. They will provide M&A guidance and process leadership to the business and have relevant contact with the SBU/GBE leadership. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support development of robust mergers and acquisition pipeline

Lead/support financial due diligence, including current and projected performance expectations and financial transaction modeling.

Lead/support valuation modeling, and provide valuation expertise to sponsoring SBUs

Support operational due diligence, including market strength, technology analysis, competitive position, and operational effectiveness to validate growth and performance improvement initiatives.

Provide comprehensive financial and strategic rationale to senior leaders.

Facilitate Corporate approval process for all deals.

Analyze financial data and provide insights to drive business growth and profitability.

Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement.

YOU MUST HAVE

5+ years of experience in progressive Finance/Accounting/M&A role

WE VALUE

At least 3+ years of direct M&A transaction execution experience. Aerospace experience is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field

Experience executing M&A transactions (both acquisitions and divestitures) from start to finish, utilizing financial capabilities and project management skills.

Ability to deal with ambiguity, work within a cross functional team environment and communicate effectively with multiple constituents.

Demonstrated leadership skills and track record of excellence.

Excellent communication skills and collaborative approach to execution

Business acumen and knowledge of financial metrics

Ability to leverage analytical tools (Excel)

Strong judgement, leadership, influencing skills to provide impetus to “get deals done”

Advanced degree
