Growing international semiconductor manufacturing company is looking for a Compensation & Benefits Manager to add to their team in the Phoenix Metro area. Position comes with a great salary, benefits, bonuses and career growth opportunities with a progressive international company. Relocation is provided.

Qualifications


  • Bachelors or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.

  • 10-15+ years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits (Conducting/analysing compensation surveys, collaboration with vendors, development/implementation of compensation and benefits, etc.) required

  • Relevant certifications, such as CEBS or SHRM certification, preferred.

  • Thorough knowledge of current salary benchmarking in the U.S.

  • Prior experience in manufacturing or semiconductor company preferred.

  • Knowledge and experience in HR Information Systems (HRIS) is a plus.
