Looking for a full-time position with a livable wage, work-life balance, and long-term?Our client in Phoenix, AZ (downtown location) is looking for 12-Compliance Customer Service Associates to assist their inbound calls. The pay rate will be $16-17/hr. and can include Kelly Contractor benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision coverage. The role has a duration set for at least 6-months and can extend to a full year.This position is handling inbound calls related to tax compliance, delinquency and general information requests and inquiries related to Taxpayers accounts. This position includes verifying, updating, making payment arrangements, assisting with self-servicing options, documenting information into multiple systems as necessary and providing professional customer service.Primary Responsibilities:
Answer inbound tax compliance, web assistance and delinquency calls- 95% of job tasks
Other misc projects including data entry, filing, administrative/clerical duties- 5% of job tasks
Expectations : Communicate effectively both written and verbal This employee should be able to follow written and verbal instructions. Enjoy helping others. Be able to do mathematical computations. Be able to use basic computer such as Microsoft Excel and Word . Handle changing priorities to meet required deadlines.Job Requirements:At least 1-year Customer Service in any field. Strong preference for call center experienceAssociates Degree preferred.
