506416 CPM Knowledge Management Lead 506416Role is responsible to build an effective Knowledge Management strategy and ensure successful adoption of capabilities for Customer Project Managers in NA Region S&SD HPM organization, as well responsible to facilitate and drive sharing of CPM knowledge, peer to peer learning, and collaboration through Community of Practice.Your role:

The NA Region Workforce Innovation team’s goal is to transform NA S&SD into a data and digital centric organization that focuses on driving best in class experiences for customers and employees using industry standards and closed loop feedback to continuously evolve how we support our goals at Philips.

Responsible to create and implement an engaging and measurable people‐focused Knowledge Management strategy, focusing on Experts, Communities of Practice and Strategic Business Knowledge

Monitor and measure community engagement and output, shape new CPM hire orientation curriculum and conduct CPM maturity/skills assessments. Continually seek to identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships through transformation opportunities.

You're the right fit if:

10+ years of Patient Monitoring Solution Delivery, Customer Project Management Experience

Community of Practice Facilitation, Knowledge Management, LAER/Customer Success Management, Problem Solving, Communication, Presentation, Process & Performance Management Skills

Requires a Bachelor’s degree (e.g. Business, Engineering, Health Science, etc.)

PMP, ITIL v4, CSM, KCS Certification preferred

The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
