Customer Service Representative

Duties/Responsibilities: · Data Entry; prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. · Reviews open orders; Checks documents for accuracy · Checks data to ensure accuracy upon entry. · Verify accuracy of data imputed into the database. · Track documents received and completion dates. · Back up files. · Clerical duties including filing documents · Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs. Required Skills/Abilities: · Commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Education and Experience: · Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
