Customer Service Representative

Description We are on the search for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role primarily involves addressing a wide range of customer inquiries and requests, including website assistance, escrow, and processing payoffs. Our team also engages in outbound collection activities and refers eligible homeowners for refinancing opportunities. The role is crucial in supporting our mission to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.Responsibilities: Demonstrate a positive, courteous, and helpful attitude when interacting with homeowners. Engage directly with customers across a variety of inbound requests and inquiries. Assist customers with website navigation, escrow processes, and processing payoffs. Refer eligible homeowners for refinancing opportunities to the appropriate department. Conduct outbound collection activities on accounts, primarily those less than 30 days past due. Understand escalation paths for different types of calls and dynamically route them to the appropriate internal parties. Meet performance expectations and contribute to the overall success of the team. Utilize our internal software platform effectively and contribute to system recommendations. Exhibit strong skills in 'Call Center Customer Service', 'Customer Service', 'Superior Customer Service', 'Mortgage Documents', 'Mortgage Operations', and 'Mortgage Servicing'. Requirements Demonstrated experience in a Customer Service role Proficiency in Call Center Customer Service Proven track record in delivering Superior Customer Service Familiarity with Mortgage Documents Experience in Mortgage Operations Knowledge of Mortgage Servicing Understanding of Mortgages Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving and decision-making skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work in a team environment Strong organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
