E2 AdministratorSchedule : Monday - Thursday 5am - 3 : 30pmPay Rate : $23 - $25 / Hour (Depending on Experience)The purpose of this position is to analyze, write, and enter product bills of material and to adjust bills of material to meet costing and production standards. Additionally, the position will be required to manipulate information from the B.O.M. and Master Data through ERP systems (JobBOSS2) and route that information through various processes, dictating how a product will be costed, planned, scheduled, produced, inventoried, etc.QualificationsAbility to read blueprints and decipher CAD BOM’s (Bill of Materials)The E2 administrator must be capable of interacting with all levels of managementand departments to fulfill the duties listed above.Requires advanced computer skills, strong math skills, good teamwork abilities,good communication skills, basic knowledge of production operations systems.Experience with : E2 – (JobBOSS2) is a plus. ResponsibilitiesMaintain JobBOSS2 :Import BOM from CAD data into the database.Hardware part set-up and number creation.Manufactured component set-up and creation, including manufacturingprocess information and time studies to ensure accurate data.Collaboration with engineering to ensure all drawings are uploaded.Create Job Estimates in JobBOSS2which include all job requirements, understandingthe BOM’s and standard material sizes to maximize yield and cost.Verifying physical inventory.Providing all information required to cost jobs.Training operators on the use of JobBOSS2Pulling productivity reports.Developing Shipping Documents : Customer BOM and instructions.Managing inventory locations.Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $23.00 - $25.00

  • Summary The United States District Court for the District of Arizona is accepting applications from qualified candidates for a full-time Case Management Administrator. The Case Management Administrator reports directly to the Chief Deputy Clerk and is primarily responsible for the duties and personnel in the Customer Service and Case Processing Units. Responsibilities REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES Supervises subordinate staff. Monitors and reviews the work of subordinate staff ensuring the work is accomplished within established performance standards and timelines. Analyzes current operating procedures, best practices from other districts, rules and requirements, and stakeholder interests in order to recommend process improvement initiatives to the Chief Deputy Clerk. Acts as subject matter expert regarding document receiving, filing, and docketing; case opening; correspondence review and response; customer inquiries and service; operational rules and procedures; records retrieval and archiving; attorney admissions and discipline; and operational training. Assesses workflow history and patterns to ensure equity in work distribution according to staffing limitations, adequate coverage, transparency, and uniformity in practice; manages the flow of work within the unit to ensure accuracy of information. Recommends and facilitates corrective and disciplinary actions in consultation with the Chief Deputy Clerk, when necessary. Performs various personnel tasks including but not limited to the maintenance of staff time and attendance records, interviewing, and selecting staff, drafting, and facilitating performance reviews, and administering performance improvement plans. Proven ability to provide leadership in a supportive and encouraging manner. Ability to plan, coordinate and schedule work operations and leave schedules. Ability to deal with employees and evaluate performance in a fair and consistent manner. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to exercise sound, independent judgment. Excellent customer service skills. Excellent written and oral communications. Ability to interact with a wide variety of people tactfully and courteously. At the CL-27 level, applicants must have a minimum of two years of progressively responsible administrative, technical, professional, supervisory or managerial experience that provided an opportunity to gain skill in developing interpersonal work relationships needed to lead a team of employees; the ability to exercise mature judgment; and knowledge of the basic concepts, principles and theories of management and the ability to understand the managerial polices applicable to the court, including one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to CL-26. At the CL-28 level, applicants must have a minimum of three years of progressively responsible administrative, technical, professional, supervisory or managerial experience that provided an opportunity to gain skill in developing interpersonal work relationships needed to lead a team of employees; the ability to exercise mature judgment; and knowledge of the basic concepts, principles, and theories of management and the ability to understand the managerial policies applicable to the court, including one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to CL-27. TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS: PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Preference will be given to applicants who have a bachelor\'s degree, preferably in business or public administration or court management. Prior managerial experience, preferably in another federal or state court. Education EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent.
