Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Enterprise Data Portfolio and PMO Manager with focus on Intel's IAO Data Transformation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and governance of our Data project portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and efficient resource utilization. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, as well as a deep understanding of Data and IT portfolio management best practices. The candidate will apply technical background and specialized technology domain knowledge to manage complex projects and programs that are directly tied to the development, implementation, or upgrade of data solutions and services. They will need to collaborate across organizations to develop detailed plan(s) and manage all implementation processes including change control process, testing, documentation, training, while ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, resource allocation, and scope. In addition, they will be responsible for developing project and program indicators to manage program health including schedule, quality, and timelines.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain the Enterprise Data portfolio management framework, including processes, tools, and templates.

Work closely with senior leadership to define strategic objectives and priorities for the Data portfolio.

Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and evaluate Data projects based on strategic alignment, risk, and resource constraints.

Manage the Data project pipeline, ensuring alignment with business goals and resource availability.

Monitor and report on the status and performance of the IAO Data portfolio, including project milestones, budget utilization, and risk exposure.

Facilitate portfolio governance meetings to review project proposals, resolve issues, and make strategic decisions.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance portfolio management processes and practices.

Provide guidance and support to project managers in project planning, execution, and delivery.

Serve as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations.

Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing PMO organization.

QualificationsRequirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience (5+ years) in IT portfolio management or PMO leadership roles.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement portfolio management processes and best practices.

Proficiency in project portfolio management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar software.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

PMP, PgMP, PfMP, or other relevant certifications preferred.

Leadership experience, including team management and development.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
