Job DescriptionLeads and delegates tasks to install crews, subcontractors, and union trades. May be required to regularly lead a team on large projectsVerifies all work complies with clients QC standards. Oversee field operations in situations without a dedicated on-site superintendentRead and understand functional design drawings and cable riser diagramsProvide a consistent level of technical oversight as well as flexibility in work schedule. This position requires periodic overtime and may require overtime and weekend work for extended periods to meet client deadlinesAble to complete assignments in accordance with or better than established task durations as well as estimate task durations to meet assigned deadlines. Provides daily feedback to field site supervisor and/or direct managerResponsible for tracking and maintaining their toolkit, company vehicles and installation materials inventories. Keep clean, orderly and well documented.Responsible for checking in drop shipped items and maintaining on-site materials needed by the crew. Working with the PM to assure timely delivery of on-site equipment and materialsResponsible for tracking and maintaining their personal licenses, certifications and qualifications.
