The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and enthusiastic about the events industry. You will play a key role in ensuring the seamless delivery of all event components, from logistics and setup to client communication and on-site coordination.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the planning, coordination, and execution of live and virtual eventsCommunicate with vendors, venues, and service providers to secure contracts and servicesSupport on-site event logistics, including setup, registration, and breakdownPrepare event materials such as signage, schedules, and participant packagesManage and update event timelines, budgets, and checklistsProvide administrative support to the events teamConduct post-event evaluations and assist in reporting outcomes
