Description Robert Half Management Resources is seeking a highly skilled Interim Finance Manager to join our hospital client on an interim basis to provide critical support during a period of transition. This contract opportunity offers a chance to make a significant impact and contribute to the financial success of a leading healthcare organization.Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of 5-7 finance professionals responsible for FP& A, reporting, and ad hoc projects. Oversee the development and maintenance of accurate financial forecasts, budgets, and financial statements. Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare and present financial reports to executive leadership and stakeholders. Advise on financial strategies and decision-making to support organizational goals. Manage and optimize financial processes and systems, including Lawson or similar ERP systems. Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment and support operational needs.Requirements Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in finance management, with a preference for experience in the healthcare industry. Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling. Experience with Lawson or other ERP systems is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
