We are seeking a senior leader to drive healthcare innovation and growth within our construction management business by bridging business development, marketing, project development/preconstruction, and project delivery. This hybrid opportunity will blend marketing/project development/preconstruction and project delivery. Primary responsibilities:Shape our healthcare go-to-market approach, originate and qualify opportunities, supports strategy through pursuit, and partners with operations to deliver differentiated outcomes (cost, schedule, quality, safety, patient experience, and constructability).Build/maintain relationships with owners, developers, architects, and trade partners; represent us at industry events.Lead or support client engagement: discovery, pain-point mapping, solution positioning, and value messaging.Help shape our healthcare brand in the CM market—what we stand for and how we differentiate.Drive early alignment on scope definition, allowances, contingencies, and cost certainty
