Description We are seeking a dedicated Help Desk Analyst to join our service industry team in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will provide help desk support, resolve end-user problems, and maintain enterprise resources. This role will also require you to monitor, respond and resolve incidents in our ticketing system while ensuring all performance metrics are met.Responsibilities: Provide help desk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction. Maintain and support enterprise resources, including laptops, desktops, tablets, mobile phones, and other network enabled devices. Monitor, respond, and resolve incidents in our ticketing system while ensuring all performance metrics are met. Develop a strong understanding of Windows 10/11 operating system. Gain limited experience with identifying phishing email and malware using various cybersecurity tools. Develop a solid understanding of Active Directory, Exchange, and File Administration. Comfortably replace hard drives, memory, and other computer components. Onboard and offboard users. Maintain inventory of all equipment, software, and software licenses. Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required. Provide support for multiple locations. Install, move, and manage equipment that may weigh up to 50 lbs. Offer support during some nights and weekends and be open to out of state travel. Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint In-depth knowledge of Active Directory Experience with computer hardware, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting Familiarity with Configuration Management and its application in IT settings Proven experience in Deskside Support, including resolving technical issues for users Ability to handle Desktop Hardware, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and clients Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Willingness to stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment Willingness to participate in continuous learning and training opportunities.
