Growing international semiconductor manufacturing company is looking for an HR Operations Manager to add to their team in the Phoenix Metro area. Position comes with a great salary, benefits, bonuses and career growth opportunities with a progressive international company.

Job DescriptionPlan and oversee human resources operations.


  • Develop and implement employee solutions to comply with legal regulations and company procedures.

  • Create and develop scalable strategies that grow current employees and develop a diverse workforce.

  • Forecast manpower demand plans and create strategies to build infrastructure that ensures team resource capabilities meet business demand.

  • Design and implement company policies, planning and execution of HR processes and maintaining internal HR systems.

  • Manage the analyses of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of workforce headcount performance via Key Performance Indicators

  • Partners with Leadership teams and Headquarter to localize practices and to optimize labor requirements

  • Manage Performance Management and Development (PMD) system


Qualifications


  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required

  • 5-7+ years of relevant work experience in people management, operations management, or HR management

  • Relevant certifications, such as PHR or SHRM, preferred

  • Ability to develop clear and fair company policies

  • Working knowledge of labor law and market practices

  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) preferred

  • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities

  • Team management skills
