HRST People Analytics Manager The TeamThe People Analytics & Reporting (PAR) Team collaborates across Talent and the business to uncover data-driven insights to solve business challenges across the talent lifecycle and enable transformational change inside of Deloitte. Our teams (e.g., reporting, data science, surveys, candidate assessments, evaluation, data governance, data integrations) provide a holistic and client-centric approach that complements our wide range of analytical tools and methods to identify valuable workforce insights which, in turn, fuels the business. This role engages directly with the Partner Principal and Managing Director (PPMD) Talent team, the team that is dedicated to supporting our most senior leaders at Deloitte, to enable holistic data driven insights along the whole talent lifecycle.Work you'll doManage collaboration with multiple PPMD Talent Team stakeholders across the talent lifecycle to design holistic data solutions to support key decisions and talent operations activities for the team.
Generate insights that tell a story to support executive presentations and creates executive-ready analytics, visuals, deliverables and dashboards in talent topics, using multiple delivery methods (e.g., PPT, Tableau, One Model)
Develop strategy and roadmap around Talent data, reporting, and analytics, including project management and coordination of data deliverables that cross multiple people analytics service offerings-teams (e.g., data science, data governance)
Support complex, strategic analyses and data requests that come in across the PPMD Talent areas from senior leaders
Understanding new technologies, with the ability to train others on the use of technology platforms
Strong organizational skills, particularly in managing multiple project priorities simultaneously
Collaborate with PAR and Talent Transformation teams to develop tailor made holistic data management strategy for PPMD Talent (e.g., integration, reporting, analytics), inside and outside of core reporting systems; longer-term, this includes collaboration with the One Model team to design and launch PPMD reports. Advises on tools/approaches to optimize the team's reporting and analytics practice
Manage one dedicated junior resource, including their work deliverables.
Develop broad expertise in PPMD talent data and broader talent data and reporting to generate insights, presentations, and documentation to various levels of stakeholders
Advise Talent leaders on key opportunities discovered by data and bring data into the discussion
QualificationsRequired:Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred.
7-10 years of experience in project management, reporting, analytics, visualization
Proficient Microsoft Office skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Word, Teams)
Visualization skills and advanced Tableau expertise critical
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:Ability balance detail (e.g., tracking nuanced client needs) with thinking strategically and holistically about underlying goals/needs
Ability to communicate effectively with a broad set of clients
