The Inbound Telephone Representative (ITR) for NATIVE HEALTH is part of the team that provides healthcare services to our community.  The ITR greets inbound callers in a friendly welcoming manner, assists the caller through transferring calls to the appropriate team members, answering questions, and providing general information. The Inbound Telephone Representative is supervised by the Executive Assistant to the CEO.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Answer high volume of incoming telephone calls in a professional and polite manner with a quick response rate.Schedule appointments in the EHR system.Transfer calls to the appropriate NATIVE HEALTH team members.Provide information about NATIVE HEALTH servicesSupports the organization as needed.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:Ability to provide a positive team-oriented environment.Customer service oriented.Proficient knowledge of telephone operation.A positive thinker.A helpful natureProficient with computer-based applications such as MS Office, Adobe, and financial applications.
