The Loan Administration Specialist is responsible for various disbursement department duties relating to loan collateral, draw processes and daily transactions, gathering financial reporting borrowers, keeping the financial ticklers current and assisting loan closers with various duties related to the loan closing process as needed.Responsible for monitoring the disbursement department general email box for payoff demands, payments and other inquiriesPrepare partial payoff demands for title upon requestProcess all incoming payments received via the general email boxPrepare all partial releases of paid collateralAssist with loan draw callbacksAssist Construction Disbursement employees with scanning of draw packagesProcess all inspection invoices via Concur Prepare and email letters to customers requesting financing reporting as required in the loan documentsFollow up with additional email reminders to customers as neededForwarding customer financial reports and other required reporting to the centralized Financials department to update the financial ticklers, minimize level of past due reporting, and ensure that the ticklers reports are accurateInforms loan officers and/or underwriters when borrowers are past due for reporting and/or slow to respond in terms of providing required informationOrder flood certifications for loans pending closingOrder OFAC reports for loans prior to closeAssist loan closers with scanning of loan documents after loan closingCheck property taxesResearch loan system to resolve any problems and/or respond to customer inquiriesAssist with various projects as assigned

At least 1 year of related experience and/or training; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Work related experience should consist of real estate, title, financial analysis, loan processing and/or lending background

Educational experience, through in-house training sessions or formal education, should be real estate, business, or financial industry related.

Basic knowledge of real estate and/or lending terminology.

Basic knowledge of related state and federal loan regulations and other Bank lending policies.

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers, loan officers, and department managers

Intermediate skills in personal computer operation, spreadsheet software, word processing (i.e., Excel, Microsoft Word, etc.).

Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
