About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Loan Servicing Representative to join Consumer Collections and Servicing in Arizona. As a Loan Servicing Representative, you will be responsible for servicing loans according to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Support Loan Servicing functional area and processes while ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met

Review, research, analyze, calculate, and submit purchase demand kits related to Small Business Administration (SBA) loans

Identify opportunities to improve various areas within Loan Servicing and recommend solutions

Perform moderately complex administrative, transactional, operational, or collections support tasks

Follow SBA standard operating procedures

Receive direction from Loan Servicing manager

Escalate non-routine questions to more experienced individuals

Provide guidance to less experienced peers

Interact and communicate with internal partners as needed

Assist in the development, review, and revision of department policy and procedures

Have no direct customer contact

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Knowledge and understanding of document research and review

Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information.

Effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on understanding customer requests

Ability to work independently and meet service level agreements (SLAs)

Systems experience to include ECAR, FDR, AFS, CPS, or the equivalent

Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail and quality standards

Knowledge and understanding of loan documentation

Ability to manage a pipeline of work from assignment to completion

Ability to work onsite at a location(s) listed

Ability to work a hybrid schedule

Ability to work additional hours as needed
