Monitor batch jobs, report/resolve issues and batch scheduling changes in scheduling tool.

Perform basic batch operational tasks (Rerun, Step Restart, Hold).

Handle Current Plan batch activities and ad hoc changes.

Monitor critical batches & console alerts.

Report batch issues.

Apply SOP to troubleshoot.

Perform IPL/HMC operations and system maintenance.

Handle system breakdowns.

Emergency IPL, Dumps Identify & report risks to SLAs and engage stakeholders.

Monitor system performance Experience in Service Management, dealing with client Certified ITIL specialist, focused on Incident handling, Change management, Problems and Services Requests.

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a mainframe service management operations console and batch management or in a similar role.

Minimum 3 years of experience to monitor consoles and other monitoring tools for various alerts and reports.

High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Information Technology Experience with CA-ESP, CA-7, or Control-M

Experience to work with Spool management tools, system monitoring and automation tools
