Brookline College is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant Instructor/Externship Coordinator for our Phoenix campus. This role is responsible for both classroom/lab instruction and externship course management. Duties include delivering engaging, student-centered instruction; developing lesson plans and learning objectives; evaluating student progress; maintaining accurate records; supporting diverse student needs; and participating in faculty activities.The position also oversees externship programs by coordinating student placements, maintaining employer partnerships, monitoring student progress and attendance, conducting site visits, ensuring compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards, and collaborating with Career Services to support employment outcomes. Additional responsibilities include student retention efforts, professional communication, data collection, project management, and adherence to college policies and procedures.
