The Merchandising Crew Lead will also review and evaluate accounts, ensuring standards are being met and processes followed. Position will also be responsible to do ride-with and evaluations of team members. Merchandising Crew Lead will report directly to Team Leaders.Job Description

Works with assigned merchandiser team members to call on accounts; greet customers, discuss shelves and displays; prefill and build displays for weekly ad set-up.

Provides Merchandiser assessments to Team Lead and develop plans to increase performance.

Acts as a bridge to gap classroom training program and real world execution. Tasks include, but not limited to: New hire ride along, Gap assessments and developing plans to improve Merchandiser efficiency and performance.

Cover vacations scheduled for Merchandiser?s assigned to their team in efficient manner.

Ensures all safety protocol and job process are being followed as well make suggestions to Team Leads to improve performance. Includes: Code dates, Rotation, back stock organization, internal and external communication met and pallet collection.

Checks and monitors Hensley Beverage and competitive shelf and display pricing and reporting findings to appropriate leadership.

Completes daily staff and account reports, reviewing with Team Lead at the end of each day.

Performs ride with evaluations and follow up performance reviews. Makes critical decision pertaining to their team member?s productivity/performance.

Documents and captures above information on appropriate Hensley forms. Notes any concerns needing to be addressed with assigned employee and communicates back to Team Leader upon finishing each day.
