Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a PC Technician in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is within the Internet Service Provider industry and the successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to computer hardware, Dell technologies, IBM, Linux technologies, Mac computers, and AB Testing. Responsibilities: Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on various platforms including Dell, IBM, and Mac computers. Install and configure Linux technologies on PCs as per the requirements. Perform regular system updates and ensure the smooth running of computer systems. Conduct AB Testing to ensure optimal performance of computer systems and applications. Implement and manage Active Directory services for network management. Provide support for Apple devices within the organization. Implement and monitor backup technologies to ensure data safety. Install and manage cables for network and hardware connections. Proactively resolve customer inquiries related to the computer systems and applications. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions to maintain system integrity. Requirements Proficient in Computer Hardware Familiarity with Dell Technologies Knowledge of IBM systems Experience with Linux Technologies Ability to work with Mac Computers Understanding of AB Testing principles Experience with Active Directory management Ability to troubleshoot Apple Devices Knowledge of Backup Technologies Experience in Cable Installation Excellent problem-solving skills Strong communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively Willingness to stay updated with the latest technology trends.
