Description We are seeking a PC Technician to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is within the IT Services industry and offers a short-term contract employment opportunity. As a PC Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting various technologies, including Computer Hardware, Dell Technologies, IBM, Linux Technologies, Mac Computers, and more. Key responsibilities: Troubleshoot and repair issues related to Computer Hardware Maintain and support Dell Technologies within the organization Work with IBM systems, ensuring their smooth operation Utilize Linux Technologies for various tasks and troubleshoot any issues Support and troubleshoot Mac Computers within the organization Conduct AB Testing to ensure the functionality and efficiency of systems Manage Active Directory profiles and permissions Support and troubleshoot Apple Devices within the organization Maintain Backup Technologies, ensuring data safety and accessibility Install and manage Cable Installation for various devices and systems. Requirements Proficiency in computer hardware including knowledge of Dell and IBM technologies. Familiarity with Linux technologies and Mac computers. Experience with AB testing processes and methodologies. Proficiency in Active Directory management and operations. Experience with Apple devices and related software. Knowledge of backup technologies and best practices for data protection. Ability to install and manage cable connections and network setups. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. Proactive in staying updated with the latest IT trends and technologies. Relevant certification or degree in IT or related field is preferred. Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
