I am looking for some assistance in a variety of areas. I will list some of the things I am looking for so when you respond please let me know your experience level and how you see yourself fitting in.
That being said, I am not looking for just anyone, so if you have no pertinent experience or just looking to do something until something else better comes along, or you expect high pay without proving yourself, please do not waste my time or yours.
Pay will start in the 12-14 range, and will be part up to full time if you can help create and justify that need. I expect anyone in this position to help me be more efficient and productive, to take things off my plate, to help define their own job duties. What you can do beyond the minimum would determine any increase in hours, pay or bonuses. I am looking to grow my businesses, and need to free up more time and focus. I don't really have particular hours that I looking for so can be somewhat flexible depending on what we work out.
I am a single dad with 2 boys at home. I own a business in the the heath care field, and also involved in other businesses. My home is near Power Ranch, which would probably be the main location for help, I have an office in west mesa, with also possible occasional travel into phoenix. So please have a reliable vehicle.
Personal - Calender, scheduling, contacts, to do lists, networking,
Home - Housecleaning, healthy food prep, errands, organizing, laundry, bill organization, general household management.
Kids Possibly earlier or later some days, for drop off or pick up, etc
Business - File organization, scanning/ emailing, data entry, social media, internet research, marketing assistance, communication with Dr offices, therapists, clients, and staff.
