Job Title: Production AssemblerJob DescriptionThe Production Assembler will be responsible for the daily processing of medical kits. This involves working with refurbished kit building stations or constructing new kits from scratch. The role spans across several departments including Inspection, Refurbishment, QA packing, Shipping + Packing, and New Kits. Key tasks include manufacturing new kits per work order/customer specifications, disassembling, inspecting, repairing, and repacking kits per work order, as well as handling tedious counting consecutively for the Med kits.Hard Skills

Proficiency in working with numbers/counting

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Basic knowledge of computers for inputting orders or documenting progress on an order

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP is a plus

Soft Skills

Detail-oriented

Ability to work well in a team

Good communication skills

Job TypeThis is a Contract-to-Hire position.Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Phoenix, Arizona.Work EnvironmentThis is a full-time role with a shift timing from 5:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with potential overtime on Saturdays. Current employees average 55 hours, with top performers averaging 63-65 hours. The work environment features carpeted floors, climate control, and a detail-oriented pace.
