The PositionWe're looking for a full-time Electrical Project Coordinator that will report directly to the Vice President of Operations. Electrical Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting and assuring all projects meet quality standards. You will be working alongside the Project Managers, Accounting, and compliance team. This position requires to be detail oriented, strong verbal and written communication, and organized.Sample Responsibilities
Reviewing and processing all project costs and financial data: including budgets, change orders, budget adjustments and monthly progress billings in Sage 100
Comply and facilitating monthly job forecast meeting to review and evaluate committed costs, costs to date, and final projected costs for each project
Run and distributing weekly job cost reports
Submit prequalification applications to general contractors for new bids
Maintaining up-to-date compliance documentation which include CIOs, pre-liens, and vendor documents
Tracking compliance documents and AIA pay apps in Textura Payment Management system
Assisted with additional project management, compliance, accounting, and administrative duties as needed
Skills & Competencies:
+1 year of Project Coordinator experience.
Highly- motivated person that is constantly looking to exceed.
Detail-oriented individual.
Strong writing and verbal skills.
Proficient computer skills.
Strong understanding of Accounting.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
