Title: Project Coordinator/Manager Location: Phoenix or Tucson, AZ (Mainly Remote with onsite meetings when needed) Start Date: ASAP Interviews: 2 web interviews (30 minute first round with Hiring Manager; 1 hour panel second round) Summary The Project Coordinator/Manager is responsible for providing varying levels of support across agencies and synchronizing all moving parts. Time management, running reports, scheduling meetings and work resolving issues/or escalating issues to ensure accuracy and communicating project metrics to the team. The PC will work in an interactive environment with business and technical staff to ensure a high degree of collaboration in support of a successful overall solution. The PC will also serve as a single-or-multiple Teams’ ScrumMaster, coordinating any meetings/communications between Teams and/or Departments. Requirements
2+ years of previous project coordination experience for senior leadership
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
Ability to support multiple project teams
Ability to analyze reports and find anomalies
Detailed Oriented.
Ability to anticipate and appropriately escalate issues and risks
Strong experience with Excel reporting and graph creation
Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Understanding of how Development Teams operate and SDLC knowledge preferred
Experience utilizing SDLC tools and processes (i.e., Microsoft Azure DevOps, Visio, Jira Software, Confluence, etc.) preferred
Scrum Master, or related experience a strong plus
Use a variety of tools to create, maintain and monitor working hours, projects cost, and execution plans
Act as the point of contact and communicate team/project status to all participants
Document and follow-up on important actions and decisions from attended meetings
Coordinate sprints, release dates, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups
Assist, as needed, in training end-users and/or writing business-related documentation
Ability to prepare and present reports (written and verbal) to the software development Team, Management, and other internal and external Stakeholders
Must have excellent written, and verbal communication skills, able to communicate with on-site and off-site Team members and Stakeholders
Must have strong interpersonal skills, able to work both independently (on minimal direction) and as part of a Team, thriving on technical challenges
