Job Title: Project Manager / Technical Lead
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Duration: 6 Months+
Job Requirements:

  • Manage multiple mid-large size projects and resource allocation
  • Lead agile ceremonies (Scrum Master) and coordinate with Product Owners
  • Proactively and routinely identify, mitigate and report project risks, and monitor, track, and report risk remediations
  • Contribute to traceability of business requirements, functional requirements and technical requirements and ensure accuracy and customer objectives have been met; Along with: Develop project plans, provide, scope requirements and become a SME of the assigned applications
  • Act as the team lead, mentoring, guiding and coordinating assigned staff
  • Ensuring staff task sizing is appropriate and they are meeting their commitments
  • Provide coaching as needed

  • Windows Server - Beginner - 5 years - Needs to have a knowledge of this item and the ability to troubleshoot as needed
  • C# .NET - Intermediate - 5 years
