Byblending modern analytics capabilities with business strategy, you will help influence the coreinfrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's online services including Bing, Office 365,Xbox, OneDrive, and the Microsoft Azure platform. The CO+I Supply Chain organization is responsible for delivering Datacenter Quality forMicrosoft’s cloud business. The role requires adeep understanding of quality processes including supplier onboarding auditing and document controlalong with the capability to implement functional development of the system by leveraging technology tostreamline workflows, enhance compliance, and improve visibility to quality metrics overall. Thecandidate will be proactive and collaborative, with a passion for quality, digitization, and processoptimization.Quality Management: Develop and maintain comprehensive process maps that connect various systems andtools to ensure a streamlined and integrated approach to quality management Responsible for the creation, implementation, and revision control of Quality documentedinformation. Collaborate with cross functional teams to capture current processes, identify bottlenecks,and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and compliance. Lead the digitization of quality processes, leveraging tools such as Power Automate toproduce workflows and reduce manual effort. Ensure the QMS aligns with ISO 9001 standards and other relevant international codes tofacilitate compliance and continuous improvement. Support supplier onboarding and auditing processes, ensuring our suppliers meet qualitystandards and tool utilization targets. QualificationsRequired/Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development

OR equivalent experience.

2+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects .

2+ years of experience in Quality, Supply Chain, Project management, or related organization, with at least 2 years in a QMS deployment/improvement.

1 year + experience in Dataverse and/or data warehouses, Fabric, or similar.

Other Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development

OR equivalent experience.

Demonstrated experience in digitization of processes and workflow automation.

6+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

Knowledge of datacenter industry and experience managing a variety of quality systems

Ability to develop and implement quality protocols for strategic roadmaps, project tollgates,

Supplier Quality processes, Auditing, or inspection of hardware experience

Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $112,000 - $218,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $145,800 - $238,600 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
