Registered Nurse / RN New Grad - Hiring for 12 - Hour Day Shifts With Up To 3 Shifts Available!Central Phoenix , AZAt Total Care Connections, we provide a one-on-one care experience for our clients throughout Arizona. This position is a unique opening for one of our clients in Central Phoenix and we are putting together a team of RN's to provide a high-level of medical and personal care to meet some very specific needs. We are currently Hiring For 12 hour Day Shifts Monday - Sunday.As a Registered Nurse on our team, you will provide one-on-one assistance to clients in the comfort of their own homes. In this role you will provide exceptional in-home and companion experiences and assist with services detailed in the customized personal care service plan created for every client.In addition to personal care, you must have experience with:
Medication Management
IV Infusions
