We play a critical role within the Thoracic Service Line of Excellence supporting its Norton Thoracic Institute the only stand-alone lung transplant center in the Nation. Committed to the highest level of patient satisfaction our ICU unit is a dedicated 24 bed unit that supports St. Joseph's adult thoracic post surgical patients and medically managed respiratory disorders. We pride ourselves on our quality scores. Employee satisfaction is a priority. We feature 12-hour shifts self-scheduling and have a nurse to patient ratio of 1:2 or 1:1.
