The team plays a key role in the development of New Card Products, Benefit Programs, Lending and Commerce initiatives that help grow revenue, deepen customer engagement and increase member value. Core to our purpose is reimagining the platform solution-delivery model to dramatically improve our strategic agility, speed to market, effectiveness of delivery and transparency.We are looking for a Product Owner to join our team! We are in charge of the core engine that delivers enhancements to customer journeys associated with transaction posting, billing, payments and other crucial Accounts Receivables capabilities.Does this sound like you?

Key Responsibilities
Work with consumers and engineers to understand and prioritize product features across platforms/products
Translate and communicate product roadmap into a product backlog of well-defined features with the appropriate acceptance criteria.
Review existing products and workflows for modernization opportunities.
Use analytical abilities and strategic perspective to identify trends & recommend solutions that will help improve user experience
Communicate and build consensus across multiple departments and partners in creating the software product and platform requirements.
Partner with other product and technology teams to develop, test and deliver the defined capabilities and rapidly iterate new solutions
Ensure that the appropriate tracking and reporting is in place to monitor performance post launch in order to evaluate future investment.
Perform Demos and Launch Announcements with key team members to demonstrate success and metrics of improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field (or has equivalent work experience) preferred.
2 years experience in Product Management (or business analysis) with consistent track record in defining winning product constructs and delivering a product vision and strategy
High degree of software development lifecycle, Scrum, Agile, BDD, Scaled Agile Framework and principles
Previous knowledge and experience with delivering at scale are a valuable asset
Familiarity with one or more modern programming languages and software architecture patterns preferred
