We are seeking a "Senior Staff"-level Environmental Professional (Geologist, Engineer, or Scientist) to support a wide range of environmental assessment, investigation, compliance, and consulting projects. The ideal candidate will have experience managing environmental projects, developing client relationships, and conducting environmental site assessments and investigations.ResponsibilitiesConduct and manage Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) in accordance with ASTM standards and regulatory requirements.Perform environmental investigations involving soil, groundwater, vapor, and hazardous materials assessments.Conduct site reconnaissance, field investigations, sampling activities, and environmental monitoring.Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, drilling contractors, laboratories, and other project vendors.Compile, analyze, and interpret environmental data from field activities, historical records, and environmental databases.Prepare technical reports, environmental assessments, work plans, proposals, and other project deliverables.Manage project schedules, budgets, and client expectations to ensure successful project execution.Develop and maintain client relationships and identify opportunities for new and repeat business.Prepare and support technical and cost proposals for environmental consulting projects.Coordinate communications with property owners, site representatives, regulatory agencies, subcontractors, and clients.Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff and project team members.
