Description of Duties:
Communicate clearly with peers as well as management and provide technical leadership to junior admins
Perform hands-on analysis of the production systems, fault resolution, capacity planning and root cause analysis for critical issues
Analyze and resolve performance issues, capacity issues
Proactively monitor the systems to ensure high availability services with minimum downtime
Participate in on-call rotation supporting systems after-hours, weekends and holidays
Manage and escalate cases to vendors for problem resolution
Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning
Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required
Build tools to automate processes and operate production systems
Act and work both independently and in a team environment
Performs all other job related duties as requested
Expert technical leadership in the design, implementation and management of our network environment
Management of network related cloud hosted components
