This is an exciting opportunity to enable new and emerging technologies!Key Responsibilities
Develop product roadmaps based on vision, strategy, and goals
Collaborate with engineering team and other product owners to define scalable intelligent automation and generative AI solutions that meet stakeholder needs
Document and manage detailed requirements as prioritized feature and user story backlogs that maximize value
Deliver throughout the product lifecycle by leading sprint planning, creating clear sprint/increment goals, and managing delivery of features through the software development lifecycle through to launch and rollout
Monitor key performance metrics and drive continuous improvement on the performance of delivered solutions
Improve efficiency of planning and time-to-launch by contributing to process and working practice improvements
Report on status across the organization on roadmap, progress against goals, and generated value
Stay abreast of the market and the enterprise to identify how best to leverage the value of emerging technologies, such as Generative AI
Minimum Qualifications
5 years of in-depth experience with Agile methodologies and tools, working directly with scrum teams to launch products and features
Outstanding communication and collaboration skills. Able to simplify complex ideas, navigate cross-functional teams and build relationships, influence decisions, and deliver on shared objectives
Experience eliciting and defining development-ready requirements from vaguely defined business opportunities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze data and processes to identify creative solutions and drive incremental improvements
Proven ability to influence without authority and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
Highly organized, detail oriented with a proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and solve complex problems
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in project management and process transformation
Understanding of Intelligent Automation and Generative AI to solve business pain points
Experience in using design thinking techniques and UX design and research
Experience working in a regulated environment with an understanding of compliance, control, data governance and integrity processes
QualificationsSalary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually bonus benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
