You will develop mechanisms for monitoring shop operations performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives as part of the Operational Excellence team. You will assess project issues and develop enhanced resolutions to meet or exceed productivity, quality, and customers satisfaction goals and objectives. Management of Data, Clear to Build, Daily Shipment, site Scorecard, and relevant report outs in support of site operations and materials team partnership.You will report in person to our Engines site at 111 S 34th St. Phoenix, AZ 85034. Key Responsibilities
Drive and execute new initiatives (continuous improvement)
Influence functional stakeholders
Support the MOS
Metrics improvement
Work with the factory team
On time delivery of projects
Manage data and reporting with an emphasis on automation/driving efficiency
Support and manage escalations
U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS Due to compliance with US export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a US Person, which is defined as, US citizen, a US permanent resident, or have protected status in the US under asylum or refugee status.YOU MUST HAVE
3 or more years experience in project management and/or database management
Experience in Application Development and SQL scripting and database security best practices
SAP knowledge in manufacturing setting and reporting capabilities
Previous experience in, around or in direct support of manufacturing activities
High school degree or equivalent
Above average proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs
WE VALUE
Ability to use a combination of SQL, SAP, VB, VBA, C, .Net, VBS, JavaScript, and jQuery to create and run custom queries and reports to gather and analyze data
Experience in Operational Support and DevOps operations and proactive monitoring, SQL profiler, perform and Dynamic Management Views, maintenance, and backup strategies.
Associate's or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
Previous experience in an Aerospace manufacturing environment
Previous experience working in a Global Company environment
Lean expert or Black belt
Ability to drive change and mentor others
