That’s why all of our employees enjoy access to dynamic career opportunities across different fields and industries.Are you ready to help us make the future?Key Responsibilities Serves as FSO (Ridgway site) Supports Governance Programs by assisting with ongoing management of programs compliance Facilitates compliance training program, assuring learning modules are annually reviewed and updated Will develop and administer security programs and procedures for classified or sensitive materials, documents, and equipment Assist in the preparation of manuals establishing procedures for handling, storing, keeping records, and for granting access to restricted areas, records and materials Tracks security clearance investigations and performs administrative support functions, including DISS Participate in security compliance audits and vulnerability assessments Assist in the investigations of security incidents and prepare reports specifying preventive actions Will be required to communicate succinct observations and recommendations to the site leadership that promote the safety and security of company personnel, the facility's assets, and interests Must be a self-driven and results oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently across a diverse program landscape Possess the ability to assist in security plan process improvements and implementation of security requirements across the site Should possess the ability to prepare manuals to address regulatory requirements and assist in establishing appropriate procedures Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate and present concise, intelligent, decisive, and risk managed recommendations Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills to work with employees and leaders at all levels of the organization Will possess strong organizational skills and have a strong working knowledge of physical and personnel security requirements Have the ability to respond to after hour alarms as needed#LIYOU MUST HAVE High School Diploma 7 years industrial security experience Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency (DCSA)-qualified FSO and 1 year experience in security programs as FSO or AFSO Meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and must currently hold at minimum, a DoD Secret clearanceWE VALUE Bachelor’s Degree FSO Program Management for possessing facilities and FSO role in the NISP training completed Familiarity with NISPOM, Physical Security, Construction of Closed Areas, managing NIPSOM/SAP ICD Programs Experience managing projects and governance programs Ability to work independently as well as a team member alongside other Security Professionals globally Ability to assist in the development and administration of security programs for classified and sensitive but unclassified information or proprietary materials, documents and equipment Ability to manage security personnel Proficient with the use of DISS, NISS, and e-Mass Some experience in industrial security or CI analytical experience Industrial Security Professional Certifications (SFDC, ISP, CISSP) SME creating industrial security policies and procedures Experience with A&A process IAW DoD policies Effectively communicate w/all levels of leadership Exhibit superior organizational/task prioritization skills Knowledge of Research, Development and Acquisition (RDA) COMSEC experienceHoneywell is an equal opportunity employer.
