We’ve Got Your Back.You Lead the Way. We’ve Got Your Back.We are seeking an innovative Senior Program Manager with a strong technology mind-set. This Role is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating large strategic programs from initiation through to implementation. You will lead cross-functional project and program teams and work with internal customers to establish and interpret project/program objectives into solutions. This individual should be well versed in managing complex programs. This role will collaborate closely with Product, Engineers, Architects, Leadership and other key partners, to ensure completeness and efficiency of solutions while ensuring alignment to standards. Delivering value-based outcomes using Agile practices and processes is key to this role, equally important is the ability to understand the products and functionality in support of platforms within Technology.In this role you will actively drive processes and execution as part of the Colleague Experience Technical Services Product Delivery and Integration Team related to GEN AI project delivery enablement. Directly support and lead engineering teams’ agility by demonstrating Agile/Scrum concepts and principles to support successful business outcomes.Key responsibilities:

Develops the program strategy and the various enterprise-wide high-level project plans with scope and approach are fully understood by all partners

Ensures integration of projects and adjusts project scope, timing, and budgets as needed, based on objectives

Identifies and tracks key achievements and recommend adjustments to cross-functional team plans

Ensures accurate reflection of project/program budgets, forecasts and actuals with related tools

Monitors and communicates the progress of the delivery and ensures timely and effective communication of the status in terms of cost, forecast, schedule and assessment of risks/issues

Negotiates and influences cross-functional teams to ensure appropriate resourcing levels are engaged and maintained throughout the execution of the plan

Anticipates program/project risks and issues and ensures that appropriate mitigation planning is in place to avoid compromising delivery

Ensures effective usage of change control procedures and processes to retain control on scope, schedule and cost

Adds to continual process improvement or re-engineering activities

Communicates with key partners regarding program strategy direction and changes

Facilitates Agile events that help the Engineering team deliver value incrementally and iteratively

Drives the Engineering team's contribution throughout the Program Increment (PI) through coaching and facilitating team level events

Supports the team in achieving the PI objectives and improves the team’s long-term performance via coaching and encouraging continuous improvement in ways of working

Supporting and coaching Product Owners through backlog refinement, backlog readiness, definition of ready/done, coaching on writing user stories, supports decision making and cultivates continuous delivery of business value to end users

Proactively identifies and maintains visibility around gaps, impediments, risks, and dependencies and recommend solutions. Ensures impediments are visible and handled through to resolution, raising up when vital

Ownership of practices for identifying, tracking, discussing, and resolving cross-team dependencies within the team, identify owners of a dependency on some occasions.

Uses coaching and facilitation to enable team to use dependency management techniques to drive delivery

Improves the performance of the team (e.g., reaction time and solutioning) by encouraging innovation, continuous improvement, and adoption of standard practices

Influences without authority through effective change and leadership management

Takes verbal inputs and prepares project roadmaps and timelines and participate in planning meetings with leaders from other departments.

Hosts requirements gathering, strategy and policy sessions with GEN AI project stakeholders across the organization

Navigate Complex Governance environment , Facilitate Approvals – Legal, privacy etc… Issue / Risk Management

Baya Threat Modeling

Knowledge of Vector Database

Familiarity with Large Language Models

Retrieval Augmentation Generation

Qualtrics reporting

Ability and aptitude to learn new technical skills quickly.

Ability to manage cross-functional projects with technical depth

Strong understanding of organizational, product, and industry standard metrics. Ability to leverage metrics to diagnose problems and improve delivery

Ability to collaborate across teams and able to build and leverage strong working relationships and bring different opinions to consensus

Understanding of the full life cycle of product development, from concept to delivery, including Test Management

Ability to manage the post-production processes, drive quality, and implement testing best practices

Ability to maintain a high attention to detail in a deadline-driven work environment

Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders

Strong understanding of interconnections between various business priorities

Demonstrated knowledge of project management process, project management software tools, templates, and management techniques.

Strong ability to manage change in a dynamic environment and influence others without direct authority

SAFe Agile Scrum Certification

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in technology related subject area or equivalent experience required

7-10 years of experience with a consistent track record of growing responsibility

Experience leading Agile, Scrum, or other rapid application development teams to deliver technology solutions that meet customer expectations for timeliness and quality

Experience in clarifying objectives, dealing with ambiguity/under-defined problems, advocating for simplification, and influencing

Excellent oral and written skills; Ability to efficiently communicate across product, technology and business partners

Ability to deliver complex software iteratively and with quality

PMI Certification is a plus. Scrum Master Certification or demonstrated years of experience (expectation of Scrum Master Certification may be required within designated timeframe).

Experience using Rally delivery management platform is required

Experience with SDLC Methodologies & Practice

Deep understanding of Agile at Scale or iterative development processes, including quality and testing standard practices

QualificationsSalary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually bonus benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
