The Manager manages a team of Data Analytics Engineers who provide clean data sets to end users and model data in a way that empowers end users to answer their own questions. The Manager leads the team in transforming, testing, deploying, and documenting data to apply software engineering best practices like version control and continuous integration to the analytics code base.Essential Responsibilities
Manage Azure DevOps (ADO) (or other project management/source control system) by adding new user stories for the development team to follow an agile delivery framework or are broken down to the correct phases into sprints and following-up with the team regarding current user stories.
Regularly review statistics in ADO to ensure projects are delivered in punctually
Test and review code for new data models, and perform high level testing of new/updated data tables to ensure the alignment with requirements and follow governance criteria.
Lead the team of developers through bi-weekly sprints, assisting with prioritizing and clarity of requirements, in order to develop and update data models in the SSRM Data Warehouse.
Regularly evaluate and help resolve any errors or issues in the SSRM Data Warehouse, by connecting a team member to create the fix.
Review incoming data & analytics requests to assess completeness. Communicate to the requester about the status and priority of the request, in addition to when the request is finalized.
Provide guidance on how to configure ERP and other tables into accurate data models.
Lead the communication of new and updated data tables with other SSRM teams.
Work closely with other managers on the Data Infrastructure and Development team to carry out strategies of leadership.
Assist analytics teams with setup of tool(s) to connect to the SSRM Data Warehouse (i.e. BigQuery, DBeaver, other)

Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) from an accredited four year college or university in a related field, Master’s Degree in a related field preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare supply chain environment.
Capability to translate technical details of projects to leadership and stakeholders in an articulate non-technical level.
Track record of data-driven decision making, with an enthusiasm for analytics and an ability to incorporate insights from data sources into organizational strategy development.
Working knowledge of Google Workspace.
Technical skills in SQL programming language.
Ability to use programming languages to review and organize large data sets.
