We are a member of the Arizona Builders Alliance and are well known in the electrical community.THE POSITION:We're looking for a full-time Talent Recruiter to help our growing business. This position is responsible for filling CSE’s staffing needs in a timely manner. Duties include but are not limited to sourcing candidates, maintaining applicant tracking information, recommending new methods to secure top-tier candidates, and preparing reports.REQUIRED SKILLS:A High School Diploma or GED is required. Business school, Associate’s Degree or equivalent is a plus. Bilingual Spanish is preferred. Must have approximately 2 years of high-volume recruiting experience in the Arizona construction industry.Candidates should have extensive experience sourcing candidates via job boards, referrals, networking, and social media. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and electronic applicant tracking systems is required. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good command of the English language (both oral and written) is required. Must be detail-oriented and extremely organized, possess outstanding problem-solving skills utilizing a proactive approach, capable of completing assignments with little to no supervision, and efficient with basic computer programs, such as Excel, Word, and the Internet. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:A High School Diploma or GED required
