  • Proficient in Japanese or Mandarine language (Written & Verbal)
  • Hands-on 1+ years experience working with any cloud service provider or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) products such GCE, GAE and GKE.
  • Supporting the customers for Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) services

    (at least 1 product):
    • BigQuery
    • Vertex AI Platform
    • DataFlow
    • Pub/Sub
    • Cloud Composer
  • Knowledge of security and Google IAM, Policies, and Google Organization/Folder/Projects.
  • Good understanding of the cloud applications.
  • Team player and sharing the knowledge with team to resolve the Google Cloud Platform product issues.
Nice to have Skills
  • Diagnose and troubleshoots end user issues and provides appropriate solutions.
  • Provide timely resolution of problems or escalation on behalf of the customer and ensures their satisfaction .
  • Collaborate between Customers, Technical Solution Representatives, Technical Solution Engineers, Product Engineers, vendor teams & managers.
  • Strong drive for quality results and ability to multi-task and work independently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, systematic problem-solving approach, and documentation.
  • Experience working in 24x7 support environment.
